Pleasant, professional Personal Assistant with excellent organizational skills for part-time (25 hours/week) position in River Oaks. Household employs House Manager, Housekeeper and Groundskeeper. There are dogs and cats in the home. Seeking a candidate who may have been an Executive Assistant in the past and is efficient and resourceful with the ability to manage time. Will be interfacing with Principal’s Executive Assistant at office, travel agent and Principal. Fluent Spanish speaker is preferred. Personal Assistant must be computer savvy and be able to communication via tech devices. Will work from home or their office and occasionally at their home in Houston. Must be friendly, trustworthy, efficient and resourceful.Job duties will include assisting with the management of Principal’s 3 homes (one local and 2 out of town) and the staff. Occasional travel to home in MS and ranch an hour west of Houston will be required. Will also assist with keeping household’s music, photos and Dropbox organized. manage family calendar (electronically as well as Filofax), assist with children’s events (they have 7 children aged 15-34 yrs old and 2 grandchildren), errands,and other general administrative tasks.
