Full/Part-time Corporate Back-up Caregivers

Our corporate back-up sitters provide emergency childcare for many area employees when regular arrangements fall through (such as nanny illness, mild child illness, school holidays, or employee travel). Caregivers are often sent out with limited notice, so they are paid at the rate of $12+/hour, and are eligible for additional employee benefits. Back-up caregivers must be experienced caregivers, have at least 3 days per week of daytime availability, and must have texting capabilities in order to be booked on jobs. Interested applicants should select the “temporary nanny” position when they complete the application.
