Involves Executive Assisting, Human Resources, and remote property management of multiple private residences through the United States with support from property managers, interior design team, and business manager. Job duties include: correspondence, organizing calendar, personal errands, organizing private events, scheduling appointments, assisting in pet care, arranging travel, vehicle maintenance, maintain property, serve as point of contact for staff and managing staff, reconciling bi-weekly financial reports, etc.
